What is Bikram Yoga?
Bikram Yoga is a series of 26 postures designed to stretch and strengthen the body. The postures are practiced over 90 minutes in a heated room (105 degrees, 40% humidity). All classes are a 90 minute Bikram Yoga Class, appropriate for all levels from beginner to advanced.

Thank you for deciding to join us! We guarantee that a regular Bikram Yoga practice will change your life in many positive ways.
If you feel nervous, scared or even intimidated, no worries; many people feel that way initially but this will change after your first class. This yoga class was designed especially for beginners and with a little practice and experience you will soon feel right at home.
Be sure to come to class well-hydrated by drinking plenty of water throughout the day. Hydration supports the healthy function of all of your body’s systems, and it makes the heat feel comfortable rather than overwhelming. Do not eat for a few hours before class.
Choose any class time from our schedule and commit to coming to class as quickly as you can. All classes are the same and are suitable for beginners. We look forward to practicing with you soon.
